Pricing questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings. Changes apply at the next billing date and unused time is credited.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in to Kwita for your business. Staff who only send receipts on WhatsApp are not users and are free.
How does payroll pricing work?
Pro includes payroll for 20 staff. On Start or Grow, or above 20 staff, add Payroll at R149 a month for every 10 staff.
Do you charge per WhatsApp message?
No. Message costs are included in the plan at normal business volumes. Very high volumes are discussed first, never billed by surprise.
